Terms & Conditions — gt994 Bangladesh

Access to and use of gt994 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. gt994 does not permit individuals under 18 to register, access, or use any part of the Service under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Service as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any commercial exploitation of the Service is prohibited.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in association with, any third party for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or any applicable restrictions.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by gt994 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on gt994 or under any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your participation.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single active account on gt994. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bKash or Nagad wallet, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, gt994 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals linked to those accounts.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your gt994 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any additional information requested during the KYC process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

gt994 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions.
• Deposits are credited to your gt994 wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to be credited, depending on the sending institution.
• gt994 does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits (or to a verified method of equivalent ownership). gt994 does not process withdrawals to a third party under any circumstances.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• gt994 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows may experience a delay. gt994 will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

gt994 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer, which are published alongside the promotion on the gt994 platform. The following general bonus terms apply to all gt994 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet upon deposit and is subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from wagering with bonus funds, subject to the applicable wagering requirement having been met, are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of this period will be forfeited.
• gt994 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that this does not adversely affect players who have already accepted an active bonus offer in good faith.
• The misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other technique designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the voiding of any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

gt994 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gt994 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following applies:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• gt994 is required to do so by a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under gt994's responsible gaming programme.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their gt994 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method. Please note that if you are closing your account due to a gambling-related concern, gt994 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion option rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards.

Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by gt994 due to a material breach of these Terms, gt994 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. If, following investigation, it is determined that the player acted in good faith, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Funds derived from prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraud will be forfeited in full.

Limitation of Liability

gt994 provides the Service on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt994 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service. gt994 is not liable for losses resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms limits gt994's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
